Lookup List
Validate against predefined lists of acceptable values. See the full Lookup Lists guide for how matching, metadata, and translations work in detail.
Settings
- Lookup list - Select from available team lookup lists
- Context - Additional fields used to narrow the match to a unique row
- Match unique row - When enabled (default), value and context must resolve to one specific row, and that row's data is attached as metadata. When disabled, the same value across multiple matching rows counts as one match, and metadata is limited to the matched value and the configured context fields.
- Default value - Fallback search value when nothing was extracted
- Autocomplete - Enable value suggestions during manual entry
- Translation - Enable alternative value mappings
Validation
- Exact matching against list values (case-insensitive)
- Multi-column matching when context fields are configured
- Translation mapping for alternative formats
- Warnings for multiple matches, errors for no matches on required fields
- Full row metadata with unique matching; matched value + context fields without
