Import Overview

Upload documents and files to your project through multiple import methods to begin processing workflows.

Import Methods​

  • Manual - Direct file upload through the web interface
  • API - Programmatic upload via REST endpoints
  • Email - Automated processing from email attachments

Supported File Types​

  • PDF (.pdf)
  • Word (.doc, .docx)
  • Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
  • Images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif)
  • Email (.msg, .eml)
  • Text (.txt, .html, .csv, .xml)
  • JSON (.json)

Upload Limits​

  • Individual file size: 40MB maximum per file
  • Page size: 20MB maximum per page within a file
  • Batch limit: 100 files per upload batch

Processing Flow​

Uploaded files become uploads that break down into individual tasks for processing. All tasks from an upload must reach completion (completed or discarded) before the upload moves to the Processed folder and triggers any configured export actions.
