December added the SFTP connector, search across uploads and tasks, and a team dashboard chart. Business Rules is out of beta.

Highlights​

Search across uploads and tasks​

You can now search across all uploads and tasks without knowing which folder a document is in. Type a reference number, a supplier name or part of a filename to go straight to the document. Results are ranked by relevance, and the matched text is highlighted in each result.

Week of 1 December​

AI & data​

  • Model version selection: a project can pin a model version and switch versions from the interface.
  • Model instructions: free-text instructions that shape how the model reads a label.
  • Restore a snapshot: roll a model back to a snapshot you captured earlier.
  • Auto-assign labels: one action maps a project's labels onto the model's labels.

Administration & access​

  • Organisation roles in teams: a user with an organisation role but no team membership now gets viewer access to the team.

Fixes​

  • Uploading an empty file no longer fails.
  • Imports no longer stop on a deduplication error.
  • Forwarding an email keeps the email file again.
  • Importing is no longer slow.

Week of 8 December​

Validation​

  • Business Rules out of beta: Business Rules is now a fully supported feature.
  • Signature rotation: signatures can be rotated during validation.
  • Labelling settings order: labelling settings now appear in the order you usually configure them.

Import & document processing​

  • Segment filtering: segments can be filtered out of a flow.

Integrations​

  • No personal data in webhooks: webhook deliveries no longer include personal data.

Export​

  • Merge back to PDF: documents split during processing can be combined into one PDF for export.

Reporting​

  • Team dashboard chart: processed volumes per team, by day.

Interface​

  • Reported tasks filter: reported tasks are now a filter you can navigate by.
  • Classification zoom: zoom on classification tasks was reworked.

Fixes​

  • The anonymiser no longer shortens four-digit years in ISO dates.

Week of 15 December​

Integrations​

  • SFTP connector: export files over SFTP to a remote path you choose. The FTP connector also gets a remote path setting. See Connectors.

Reporting​

  • Upload graphs: upload graphs are improved, and the straight-through-processing figure is corrected.

Configuration​

  • Versioning permissions: creating and promoting project versions have their own role permission.

Fixes​

  • Samples containing emoji no longer fail.
  • Failed outgoing emails are retried correctly.
  • Exports with broken collections or empty nodes no longer fail.

  • Line breaks kept: line breaks in content and translations are preserved.

Configuration​

  • Version diff view: compare two project versions and see what changed.
  • Disabled settings explained: a setting that is unavailable now says why.

Fixes​

  • Anonymised text appears in the right place again.
